Easy, Private, and Secure
Remote Access
eKeypad Remote Cloud Access enables secure and seamless remote control of equipment via the internet—without exposing the network through port forwarding, public IPs, or Dynamic DNS services. It is designed to work reliably even in complex network environments like Carrier-Grade NAT or Double NAT setups. All data is encrypted end-to-end, and the eKeypad relay server only facilitates the connection—it has no access to system configuration or data. Importantly, the setup uses a local, dedicated server (a device on your network) to act as a “Personal Cloud Server,” ensuring that no customer data is visible to our servers or anyone else.
